Our mission is to provide adults from around the world with a safe, respectful and trustworthy environment in which to develop genuine friendships, meaningful relationships and, where desired, lifelong partnerships.
This Acceptable Use Policy explains the standards of conduct expected of every member using the ThaiLoveLines platform. It forms part of our Terms of Use and applies to every visitor, registered member and subscriber, whether using a Standard Membership or a Premium Membership.
ThaiLoveLines is committed to maintaining an online community founded on honesty, mutual respect and personal safety. Every member has the right to communicate free from harassment, discrimination, deception, fraud and exploitation.
By creating an account or continuing to use ThaiLoveLines, you agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy at all times.
Failure to comply may result in content being removed, warnings being issued, accounts being suspended or permanently terminated, and, where appropriate, information being preserved and disclosed to properly authorised law enforcement agencies.

We take reports of illegal activity seriously and will respond promptly to credible concerns.
Where legally required or appropriate under applicable law, we cooperate with properly authorised law enforcement agencies while respecting the privacy, legal rights and due process protections afforded to our members.
ThaiLoveLines does not tolerate the use of its services to facilitate criminal activity and reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms of Service or applicable law.

1. Adults Only
ThaiLoveLines is strictly reserved for adults aged 18 years or older.
Every member must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Join voluntarily and of their own independent agency.
- Possess the legal capacity to enter into agreements.
- Use the service only for lawful personal purposes.
Any account believed to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be removed immediately. Where appropriate, information may be referred to the relevant authorities.
2. Purpose of ThaiLoveLines
ThaiLoveLines exists to help adults establish genuine international friendships and meaningful personal relationships.
Members may use the platform to:
- Make international friends.
- Develop genuine companionship.
- Meet potential romantic partners.
- Find a boyfriend or girlfriend.
- Build long-term relationships.

It is not intended for casual sexual encounters, prostitution, escort services, commercial sexual services or any activity inconsistent with its purpose as a relationship-based dating platform.
3. Standard and Premium Memberships
ThaiLoveLines offers two principal membership options.
Standard Membership enables new members to experience the platform, become familiar with its features and begin meeting other members.
Premium Membership provides enhanced features designed to help members develop deeper relationships and communicate more effectively with people they genuinely wish to know.
Both membership types are subject to exactly the same standards of conduct.
4. Respectful Conduct
Every member must behave respectfully towards others.
Members must not:

Healthy disagreement is acceptable. Personal abuse is not.
5. Equality and Inclusion
ThaiLoveLines welcomes adults from every country, culture and background.
Discrimination based upon race, nationality, ethnicity, religion, disability, age, sex, sexual orientation or gender identity has no place on the platform.
Members are expected to treat one another with dignity and respect at all times.
6. Genuine Profiles
Members must create honest and authentic profiles.
You must not:
- Impersonate another individual.
- Use another person's photographs without permission.
- Misrepresent your identity.
- Deliberately misrepresent your age.
- Provide false personal information.
- Create fake accounts.
- Operate multiple deceptive profiles.
- Pretend to represent another organisation.
ThaiLoveLines reserves the right to request reasonable identity verification where necessary to protect the community.
7. No Nudity or Sexual Content
ThaiLoveLines maintains a respectful dating environment suitable for adults seeking genuine relationships.
The following content is prohibited:
- Nude photographs.
- Partially nude photographs intended to be sexually suggestive.
- Pornography.
- Explicit sexual images.
- Explicit sexual videos.
- Sexually graphic profile descriptions.
- Sexually explicit conversations.
- Requests for sexual services.
- Prostitution.
- Escort advertisements.
- Fetish material.
- Sexually explicit usernames.
Members should build relationships through respectful communication rather than sexual content.
8. No Financial Solicitation
Members must never ask another member for money or financial assistance.
Prohibited requests include:
- Loans.
- Gifts of money.
- Cryptocurrency.
- Investment opportunities.
- Emergency financial assistance.
- Visa sponsorship.
- Travel expenses.
- Medical expenses.
- Mobile phone credit.
- Gift cards.
- Shopping vouchers.
- Business funding.
- Banking details.
Attempts to manipulate or emotionally pressure another member into sending money are regarded as serious violations.
Accounts involved in romance scams are normally removed immediately.
9. Safe Communication
ThaiLoveLines provides a secure environment in which members can become acquainted before exchanging private contact details.
Members must not exploit the platform by immediately attempting to move conversations elsewhere.
Users should avoid asking new members to communicate exclusively through external messaging applications before a genuine relationship of trust has been established.
Members are encouraged to remain on the ThaiLoveLines platform until they feel comfortable and confident in the authenticity of the other person.
10. Illegal Activity
ThaiLoveLines must never be used to facilitate unlawful activity.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- fraud
- identity theft
- money laundering
- Terrorism.
- Organised crime.
- Human trafficking.
- Child exploitation.
- Blackmail.
- Extortion.
- Drug trafficking.
- Weapons trafficking.
- Cybercrime.
- Phishing.
- Hacking.
- unlawful gambling.
- Copyright infringement.
- Financial crime.
- Tax evasion.
- Bribery.
Members must comply with the laws applicable in their own jurisdictions as well as the laws governing the operation of ThaiLoveLines.
11. Good Morals
Members must not use ThaiLoveLines for any activity contrary to public order, good morals or applicable law.
Content that is obscene, offensive, degrading or intentionally shocking may be removed even where it is not unlawful.
ThaiLoveLines reserves the right to determine whether content is inconsistent with the standards expected of the community.
12. Commercial Activity
ThaiLoveLines is not a commercial advertising platform.
Members may not:
- Advertise businesses.
- Market products.
- Promote services.
- Recruit customers.
- Operate affiliate marketing schemes.
- Promote investment opportunities.
- Conduct fundraising.
- Recruit employees.
- Advertise other dating services.
- Sell digital products.
- Promote subscription services.
13. Artificial Intelligence and Deceptive Media
Members must not use artificial intelligence or digital manipulation to deceive other users.
This includes:
- AI-generated profile photographs intended to impersonate a real person.
- Deepfake images or videos.
- Manipulated identity documents.
- Altered verification photographs.
- Deceptive voice recordings.
- Synthetic media intended to mislead.
Profile photographs should accurately represent the member.
14. Privacy
Members must respect the privacy of others.
Users must not publish or distribute another person's:
- Home address.
- Telephone number.
- Financial information.
- Identification documents.
- Private correspondence.
- Photographs shared in confidence.
- Employment information without consent.
15. Intellectual Property
Members may upload only material they own or have permission to use.
Copyright infringement and unauthorised use of intellectual property are prohibited.
16. Platform Security
Members must not:
- Introduce malware.
- Distribute viruses.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access.
- Interfere with platform security.
- Scrape member information.
- Harvest email addresses.
- Use automated bots.
- Use scripts to collect member data.
- Interfere with normal operation of the website.
17. Reporting Abuse
Members are encouraged to report:
- Fake profiles.
- Harassment.
- Scams.
- Requests for money.
- Impersonation.
- Threats.
- Discriminatory behaviour.
- Child safety concerns.
- Suspicious activity.
- Offensive content.
- Illegal activity.
Reports are reviewed by our moderation team.
Where appropriate, evidence may be preserved to assist investigations.
18. Enforcement
ThaiLoveLines may take any action considered necessary to protect members and maintain the integrity of the platform.
This may include:
- Removing content.
- Issuing warnings.
- Restricting account features.
- Suspending accounts.
- Permanently terminating memberships.
- Refusing future registrations.
- Preserving relevant evidence.
- Reporting criminal conduct to properly authorised law enforcement agencies.
Serious breaches may result in immediate and permanent termination without prior notice.
19. Cooperation with Law Enforcement
ThaiLoveLines supports lawful efforts to combat serious crime while respecting the privacy rights of its members.
Where legally required, or where permitted by applicable law, ThaiLoveLines may preserve relevant records and cooperate with properly authorised investigations involving:
- Child exploitation.
- Human trafficking.
- Organised crime.
- Terrorism.
- Financial crime.
- Money laundering.
- Identity theft.
- Romance fraud.
- Online exploitation.
- Violent crime.
- Other serious criminal offences.

20. Changes to this Policy
ThaiLoveLines may amend this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes in legislation, technology, platform functionality or community safety standards.
The latest version will always be published on the ThaiLoveLines website together with its effective date.
Continued use of the platform following publication of an updated policy constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
