Our mission is to provide adults from around the world with a safe, respectful and trustworthy environment in which to develop genuine friendships, meaningful relationships and, where desired, lifelong partnerships.

This Acceptable Use Policy explains the standards of conduct expected of every member using the ThaiLoveLines platform. It forms part of our Terms of Use and applies to every visitor, registered member and subscriber, whether using a Standard Membership or a Premium Membership.

ThaiLoveLines is committed to maintaining an online community founded on honesty, mutual respect and personal safety. Every member has the right to communicate free from harassment, discrimination, deception, fraud and exploitation. By creating an account or continuing to use ThaiLoveLines, you agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy at all times. 20. Human Trafficking and Sexual Exploitation Policy

ThaiLoveLines maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards human trafficking, modern slavery, sexual exploitation and all forms of abuse or exploitation of individuals.

Members must not use, or attempt to use, this website or any of its services to engage in, promote, facilitate, solicit, organise or profit from human trafficking, forced labour, sexual exploitation, commercial sexual exploitation, prostitution involving coercion, or any other form of unlawful exploitation of another person.

Members are strictly prohibited from:

• Recruiting, transporting, transferring, harbouring or receiving any person for the purpose of exploitation.

• Using deception, coercion, threats, intimidation, abuse of power or financial inducements to exploit another individual.

• Seeking, advertising or arranging sexual services involving force, coercion, trafficking or exploitation.

• Using this website to facilitate, encourage, assist, finance or conceal any criminal activity connected with human trafficking, sexual exploitation or abuse.

• Aiding, abetting, counselling, encouraging or assisting any person to commit offences involving trafficking, exploitation or abuse.

• Using the platform to recruit, procure or exploit vulnerable persons for unlawful purposes.

• Attempting to use the website to circumvent applicable laws relating to trafficking, exploitation or organised criminal activity.

ThaiLoveLines also prohibits any content, communication or conduct that promotes, glorifies, encourages or normalises human trafficking, sexual exploitation, forced labour, abuse or the exploitation of vulnerable persons.

Any member found, or reasonably suspected, to be using the website in connection with such activities may have their account immediately suspended or permanently terminated without notice. ThaiLoveLines reserves the right to remove any content, preserve relevant records and cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities and other competent bodies investigating suspected criminal conduct.

Members are responsible for ensuring that their use of the website complies with all applicable laws in the jurisdictions in which they reside or access the service. Any breach of this policy constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate termination of membership, forfeiture of any subscription fees where permitted by law, and referral to the appropriate authorities.

21. Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) Policy

ThaiLoveLines is an adult-only dating service. Membership is strictly limited to persons aged 18 years or over.

ThaiLoveLines maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child grooming and any activity that exploits, endangers or harms a minor.

Members must not use, or attempt to use, this website or any of its services to:

• Create, upload, store, transmit, request, distribute or promote child sexual abuse material in any form.

• Groom, solicit or communicate with a minor for any sexual or exploitative purpose.

• Misrepresent their age or encourage another person to misrepresent their age.

• Attempt to arrange meetings with, recruit or exploit any person under the age of 18.

• Promote, encourage, assist, aid or abet any activity involving the sexual exploitation or abuse of a child.

• Share links to, advertise or facilitate websites, services or organisations involved in child exploitation or abuse.

• Encourage, normalise or glorify sexual activity involving minors in any communication, profile or other content.

Members who become aware of content or behaviour that may involve child exploitation or abuse should report it immediately using the reporting tools provided by the website or by contacting ThaiLoveLines directly.

ThaiLoveLines reserves the right, without notice, to suspend or permanently terminate any account suspected of violating this policy, remove offending content, preserve relevant records and cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies, child protection organisations and regulatory authorities investigating suspected offences.

Any breach of this policy constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate termination of membership, forfeiture of any subscription fees where permitted by law, and referral to the appropriate authorities.

ThaiLoveLines is committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users and will take all reasonable steps to prevent its services from being used to facilitate child sexual abuse or exploitation.

22. Non-consensual content

Users must not upload, post, share, request, promote, distribute or otherwise make available any content involving a person without their knowledge or consent where doing so invades their privacy, exploits them, or causes harm. This includes, but is not limited to, non-consensual intimate images or videos, so-called "revenge porn", secretly recorded or voyeuristic content, upskirting, downblousing, deepfakes or AI-generated intimate content depicting identifiable individuals without consent, content obtained through coercion, blackmail, deception or exploitation, and any request to obtain, exchange or distribute such material. Users must not threaten to share intimate content without consent or encourage, facilitate or assist others in doing so.

Any account found to be involved in the creation, possession, solicitation, promotion or distribution of non-consensual content will be immediately frozen and suspended pending investigation. ThaiLoveLines.com reserves the right to preserve all account information, communications, uploaded content, metadata, IP logs and other relevant records for evidential purposes and to disclose such information to law enforcement agencies, regulators or other competent authorities where required or permitted by applicable law. Accounts found to have violated this policy may be permanently terminated without notice.

23. Scam activity intended to defraud end-users of the platform

Users must not use ThaiLoveLines.com to engage in, facilitate, promote or attempt any fraudulent, deceptive or dishonest activity intended to deceive, manipulate or financially exploit another person. This includes, but is not limited to, romance scams, advance-fee fraud, investment or cryptocurrency scams, impersonation, phishing, identity fraud, social engineering, requests for money or financial assistance under false pretences, fraudulent employment or business opportunities, fake charities, payment diversion schemes, account takeover attempts, money laundering, or any scheme designed to obtain money, personal information, financial credentials or other valuable assets through deception.

Users must not create false identities, use stolen or fabricated photographs or documents, misrepresent their identity or intentions, or otherwise use the platform to facilitate criminal or fraudulent conduct.

Any account reasonably suspected of being involved in fraudulent or scam-related activity may be immediately frozen and suspended without prior notice pending investigation. ThaiLoveLines.com reserves the right to preserve all account information, communications, uploaded content, metadata, IP logs, payment records and other relevant data for evidential purposes and to disclose such information to law enforcement agencies, financial institutions, regulators or other competent authorities where required or permitted by applicable law. Accounts found to have engaged in scam or fraudulent activity may be permanently terminated without notice, and any associated accounts may also be suspended or terminated.

ThaiLoveLines.com is committed to helping users recognise and avoid scams. All users are strongly encouraged to read the guidance provided in the How It Works and Help sections of the website, which contain important information on recognising suspicious behaviour, avoiding common scams and staying safe while using the platform. Users may also receive periodic emails containing security advice, fraud warnings and guidance on protecting themselves from online scams.

If you are unsure about the authenticity of another user, believe you may have been targeted by a scammer or simply wish to seek guidance, please contact our Security Team at security@thailovelines.com. We encourage users to report any suspicious activity as early as possible. In addition, every profile page includes a Report Abuse button, allowing users to quickly report suspicious profiles, messages or behaviour for immediate review by our moderation and security teams.
